MITER Brands is seeking a Powder Coat Finishing Operator for the Fife, WA swing shift. You will operate and support finishing processes, prepare materials, and help ensure quality and on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes precision, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with opportunities to learn finishing techniques and grow within a leading company.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in powder coating, painting, manufacturing, or industrial finishing (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Basic math skills, including fractions.
• Willingness to learn, follow processes, and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support powder coating and finishing processes for aluminum/fiberglass components.
• Prepare materials through cleaning, masking, hanging, coating, curing, and inspection.
• Ensure finished products meet quality, appearance, and durability standards.
• Support production goals including On‑Time Delivery, Quality, Safety, Scrap Reduction, and Efficiency.
• Follow standard work instructions and work orders accurately.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and wearing required PPE.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe powder coat and work area.
