Job summary

Milgard Windows & Doors is hiring a Production Worker I for the Grave Yard shift in Fife, WA. Starting pay is $22.00–$25.00/hour with a $2.00/hour shift differential. This role supports On-Time Delivery, quality, and safety in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, opportunities to learn new skills, and a team-focused environment under MITER Brands. Physical work and adherence to PPE are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related work experience preferred (Manufacturing, Warehouse, Fiberglass, Painting).
• Mechanical aptitude, including the ability to read a tape measure.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, fractions) and lift 75 lbs unassisted.
