Job summary

FXI is seeking a motivated General Labor candidate for our Miami-area facility. You will support assembly operations, set up fabricating devices, and ensure smooth production flow.

Requirements include at least 1 year factory experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for 8 hours, and read measuring devices. Fluency in English is required. This is a full-time, on-site role with strict safety policies. Training and growth opportunities are provided within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates fabricating devices such as Roll Packs and Dolphin.
• Performs machine operations to support the assembly floor.
• Verifies conformance to specifications using a tape measure.
• Reads work orders to specifications.
• Stages product in designated areas.
• Identifies and records problems related to product, process, and quality system.
• Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition.
• Follow 5s and Safety policies and procedures.
• Other duties, as assigned.
