Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to producers on bird care, equipment specs, litter management, and farm sanitation.
• Visit farms to document bird comfort, monitor health, manage equipment settings, and provide medicine when possible.
• Monitor feed consumption and place orders as needed.
• Coordinate chick placements to farms and assist with catch schedules.
• Ensure communication among Hatchery, Feedmill, and Livehaul departments regarding contract farms.
• Ensure adherence to USDA regulations and optimize flock quality and costs.
