Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a hands-on production team member to process poultry on the line, performing cutting, trimming, packaging, and inspection to meet safety and quality standards. You will operate equipment, keep a clean area, and follow biosecurity guidelines in a fast-paced environment that values attention to detail and teamwork.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, experience in poultry or food industries a plus, ability to multitask and communicate well, and stamina to stand

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Experience in poultry or food industry is a plus.
• Ability to work in cool temperatures and stand long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products using tools and equipment per standards.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow safety guidelines.
• Share skills with teammates to promote a positive work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving.
• Perform other duties to meet production and quality goals.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working in different production areas.
