Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking candidates for an on-site Production Hourly position. You will work on the processing line performing tasks such as cutting, trimming, packaging, and inspecting products to meet safety and quality standards.

You will operate equipment, keep a clean area, and follow safety and biosecurity guidelines. The role requires teamwork, the ability to multitask, and attention to detail in a cool environment where you may stand 8–11 hours per day.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Experience: Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Skills: multitask, good communication, follow simple instructions, be a team player, and work near others.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products on the production line per USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area following safety and biosecurity guidelines.
• Support teammates by sharing skills and promoting a positive work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet production and quality goals.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working in different production areas as needed.
