Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Relevant supervisory or lead experience in poultry processing preferred.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and effective communication skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of hourly employees.
• Ensure safety, performance, yields, staffing, and attendance on assigned shift.
• Follow GMP and food safety guidelines; ensure USDA requirements are met.
• Complete daily shift reporting and prepare for customer and BRC audits.
• Maximize yields and throughputs while maintaining quality.
