Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking candidates for an hourly production role in Mayfield, Kentucky. You will work on the processing line performing tasks such as cutting, trimming, packaging, and inspecting products to meet safety and quality standards.

You’ll operate equipment, keep a clean area, and follow biosecurity guidelines in a fast-paced setting. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED (preferred) and poultry/food industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Skills: ability to multitask and work quickly, good communication, follow simple instructions, and be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products according to Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment operation and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety guidelines.
• Support team members and promote a positive work atmosphere.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Perform other duties to meet production and quality goals.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working in different production areas.
