Job summary

Pilgrim’s is hiring for a Production Hourly role on the processing line. You will cut, trim, package, and inspect poultry products, operate equipment, and maintain clean work areas in a fast-paced setting that emphasizes safety and quality.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED, poultry/food industry experience is a plus, and strong teamwork and communication skills. Shift options and a pathway for growth are provided within a safety‑driven team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Able to multitask and communicate clearly in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be a team player and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products on the production line per USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment and report safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow biosecurity guidelines.
• Support teammates and share skills to promote a positive work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Perform other duties to meet production and quality goals.
• Flexibly work across different areas of production as needed.
