Pilgrim’s is hiring for a Production Hourly position in Mayfield, KY. You’ll work on the processing line performing tasks such as cutting, trimming, packaging, and inspecting products to meet strict food safety and quality standards.

You’ll operate equipment, maintain a clean work area, and follow safety and biosecurity guidelines in a fast-paced setting. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED ( Poultry or food industry experience is a plus ).

Qualifications

• Must be able to multitask and work quickly in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to follow safety, quality, and biosecurity guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Process poultry products on the production line according to USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety and animal welfare guidelines.
• Support team members by sharing skills and knowledge to foster a positive work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Perform other duties to meet production and quality goals.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working in different areas as needed.
