Job summary

Wayne Farms in Tyler, TX is seeking a Line Associate to support poultry processing on the production line. Shift options include 1st and 2nd shifts with corresponding pay rates, and on-the-job training is provided.

You will perform production tasks such as debone or evisceration, comply with all safety and regulatory requirements, and join a team focused on efficiency and quality on the line.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous poultry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform production related tasks surrounding poultry processing such as debone or evisceration.
• Perform all duties in compliance with Company policies and procedures, agency guidelines (i.e. NCC Animal Welfare, U.S.D.A, etc.) and Federal, State and local legal requirements.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly at all times to promote a zero accident culture.
• Perform additional relevant duties as assigned
