Job summary

Pilgrim’s in De Queen, Arkansas is hiring a Poultry Processor-Production Laborer for our hourly production team. Positions start at $16.65 per hour for 1st shift and $18.15 per hour for 2nd shift, plus an attendance bonus of $2.75 per hour if qualifications are met.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work safely.
• Ability to work shift assigned days/nights including some Saturdays.
• Ability to stand and use hands for 8-11 hours per day.
• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Process product using tools, manual labor, and equipment per USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
• Observe equipment operation and report malfunctions or safety issues.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Support team with learned skills and knowledge, maintain safety as priority.
• Follow all quality, safety, and food safety policies and participate in process improvements.
