Job summary

Pilgrim’s in De Queen, Arkansas, is hiring a Poultry Processor-Production Laborer for our hourly production team. 1st shift starts at $16.65/hour and 2nd shift at $18.15/hour, with an attendance bonus of $2.75/hour if qualifications are met.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work safely.
• Able to work varied shifts including Saturdays.
• Able to stand for 8–11 hours and work in cool temperatures around 40°F.
• Must have good hand–eye coordination and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Processes product using tools and equipment per USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
• Observes equipment and reports malfunctions or safety issues.
• Maintains clean and organized work area.
• Supports team and participates in continuous improvement.
• Follows all safety, quality, and animal welfare guidelines.
• Performs other duties as directed.
