Pilgrim’s De Queen, Arkansas is hiring for a Poultry Processor-Production Laborer. This hourly role starts at $16.65 per hour on first shift and $18.15 per hour on second shift, with a potential attendance bonus of up to $2.75 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work safely.
• Willing to work shift assigned days/nights including some Saturdays.
• Able to stand 8-11 hours per day.
• Good communication skills and teamwork.

• Observe operation and report malfunctions or safety issues.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
