Start wages are $16.65/hour for 1st shift and $18.15/hour for 2nd shift, plus an attendance bonus of $2.75/hour if qualified. Qualifications

• Must be able to work safely and follow procedures.
• Ability to work assigned shift days/nights, including some Saturdays.
• Ability to apply common sense and comprehend simple instructions.
• Ability to handle problems with a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Ability to work in cool temperatures (around 40 degrees).
• Ability to stand and use hands for 8–11 hours per day.
• Ability to multitask and work quickly.

Responsibilities

• Process product using tools and equipment per USDA and Pilgrim's standards.
• Follow operating procedures and quality/quantity expectations.
• Observe equipment operation and report malfunctions or safety issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Support team members with learned skills and knowledge.
• Follow all safety and food safety policies and participate in continuous improvement.
