Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Skills: Able to multitask, communicate, and follow instructions; be a team player.
• Physical: Able to stand 8–11 hours, lift 50 lbs, work in cool temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products on the production line according to USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety, food safety, and animal welfare guidelines.
• Support teammates and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties to meet production and quality goals.
• Be flexible to work in different areas of production as needed.
