Job summary

Pilgrims is seeking individuals for production hourly roles to join our processing line team. You will cut, trim, package, and inspect poultry products, while operating equipment and maintaining a clean work area in a fast-paced environment.

Emphasis on safety and biosecurity is core to daily tasks. You’ll work with a collaborative team, following USDA and Pilgrims standards, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in poultry or food industry a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work quickly; strong communication; team player.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products on the production line according to USDA and Pilgrims standards.
• Monitor equipment operation and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety, food safety, and animal welfare guidelines.
• Support teammates by sharing skills and knowledge to promote a positive work atmosphere.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Perform other duties to meet production and quality goals.
• Demonstrate flexibility by performing tasks in different areas of production as needed.
