Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking to join our production team to help deliver safe, high-quality poultry products. You’ll perform tasks such as cutting, trimming, packaging, and inspecting products on the processing line, while maintaining safety and food-quality standards.

This hands-on role requires teamwork, dependability, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Schedule is Monday–Friday with some weekend work, and benefits begin after 60 days of employment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, communicate well, follow simple instructions, and be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products on the line per USDA and Pilgrim's standards.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety and biosecurity guidelines.
• Support team members and promote a positive work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Perform other duties to meet production and quality goals.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working across production areas.
