Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Production Hourly role on the processing line. You will perform tasks such as cutting, trimming, packaging, and inspecting products to meet safety and quality standards, operating equipment, and maintaining a clean work area. The environment is fast-paced and teamwork-focused.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with some weekend work. Base pay starts at $18 per hour with a $2.00 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts, plus benefits, PTO, and 401(k) options

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Skills: Ability to multitask, communicate well, follow simple instructions, work as a team.
• Physical: Able to work in cool temperatures, stand 8–11 hours, lift 50 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products using tools, labor, and equipment per USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment operation and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety and animal welfare guidelines.
• Support team members by sharing skills and promoting a positive work environment.
