Job summary

Pilgrim’s is hiring for a Production Hourly role on the processing line. You will cut, trim, package, inspect products and follow safety, biosecurity, and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will operate equipment, keep areas clean, and help teammates achieve production goals while complying with USDA/Pilgrim’s guidelines. Starting pay is $18 per hour with a $2.00 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in poultry or food industry is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work quickly; strong communication; follow simple instructions and use common sense; be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products on the production line per USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety and biosecurity guidelines.
• Support teammates and promote a positive work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Perform other duties to meet production and quality goals.
