Performance Food Group is seeking a leader in the Poultry category to drive sales, optimize supplier partnerships, and collaborate with OpCos on market conditions and inventory. You will develop brand strategies, oversee rebates, and guide a team through coaching and performance management.

The role emphasizes strategic category management, cross-functional collaboration, and driving results in a dynamic foodservice distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Required Education: High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
• Preferred Education: Bachelors
• Preferred Experience: 10 Years + Foodservice, business or marketing or related area. Supervisory / management experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and earned income objectives in a specific category.
• Negotiate new and enhanced supplier programs and drive participation in key marketing events.
• Coordinate with OpCos on market conditions and inventory positions and provide market insights.
• Develop and promote Performance brands within managed categories and review vendor programs and rebates.
• Lead and supervise staff including coaching, training, and performance management to achieve goals.

Education
