Job summary

The role requires supervising up to 100 team members, maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency while coordinating with QA and other departments. Strong English communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in manufacturing; 3 years in poultry/food manufacturing preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of timekeeping, policy adherence, and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage retail or further processing production to meet schedules and budgets.
• Deploy and rotate personnel to optimize efficiency and ergonomics.
• Ensure daily reporting is completed (attendance, yields, etc.).
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and reduce repeat deficiencies.
• Lead or participate in planning and implementing process improvements.
