Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of lead experience in a poultry processing facility. This must be documented in your application or resume.
• Must understand labels, read recipes, follow instructions, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Supervisor with the coordination and execution of daily departmental operations.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify maintenance needs, reporting to the Supervisor.
• Be able to step into any position on the line to support operations and provide coverage.
