Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of lead experience in a poultry processing facility or related industry.
• Must understand labels, read recipes, follow instructions, and communicate effectively.
• Rehires are subject to an 181 day wait period.
• Candidates who have worked for Tyson Foods or Tyson affiliates 3+ times will not be eligible for hire.
• Lead assists the Supervisor with daily departmental operations and communicates instructions to the team.
• Must monitor equipment and notify maintenance needs.
• Must observe Tyson policies and safety standards.
