• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in controlling expenses and ensure compliance with federal meat inspection and OSHA requirements.
• Interpret and enforce company policies; coordinate manpower needs and maintain prescribed records.
• Supervise production supervisors and oversee designated shift operations.
• Work with department heads to meet production quality, yields, labor standards, and safety.
