Mountaire Farms is seeking a vigilant monitor for its poultry processing lines in the U.S. Serving in a role that emphasizes inspection and measurement, you will support the quality assurance process and help ensure product integrity.

The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent, plus 2 years of poultry manufacturing experience and NPIS Sorter training. Join a team focused on safety, quality, and operational excellence across our facilities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years' experience in poultry manufacturing processing and equipment preferred.
• Must complete NPIS Sorter training which includes modules and a final assessment.

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor product attributes to ensure that product quality meets or exceeds required levels.
• Observe equipment operation and notify the appropriate personnel of any malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Ability to follow all USDA, HACCP, SSOP, and GMP policies and guidelines.
• Able to communicate effectively and follow instructions.
• Follow all Company safety policies, S.O.P. regulations, as well as support Goal Zero mission statement.
