Pilgrim’s is hiring for a Production Hourly position in Mayfield, KY. Join our production team to cut, trim, package, and inspect poultry products while following USDA and Pilgrim’s standards. You will operate equipment, keep a clean area, and adhere to safety and biosecurity guidelines in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work quickly, good communication, follow simple instructions, and be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products on the production line according to Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety, food safety, and animal welfare guidelines.
• Support team members and help create a positive work environment.
