Job summary

Pilgrim’s is hiring for a production hourly role on our processing line. You will cut, trim, package, and inspect poultry to meet safety and quality standards, operate equipment, and keep a clean work area in a fast-paced environment.

Starting wage is $18 per hour with a $2 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts, Monday–Friday with some weekend work; future growth through training and development. Drug, alcohol, and background checks are required post-offer and prior to start.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work quickly; good communication.
• Team player; willing to work close to others.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products following USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment operation and report malfunctions.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety guidelines.
• Support teammates by sharing skills and promoting a positive work atmosphere.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Perform other duties to meet production and quality goals.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working in different production areas.
• Other duties as assigned.
