Job summary

Wayne-Sanderson Farms is seeking a Line Associate to participate in poultry processing tasks on the production line, including debone or evisceration as roles rotate. The role emphasizes safety compliance with PPE and agency guidelines and requires the ability to work in a wet, cold environment.

On-the-job training is provided, with full benefits available from day one. Prior poultry experience is preferred but not required, and flexibility to work non-standard shifts is helpful in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience or familiarity with poultry processing environments is a plus.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform production tasks around poultry processing (e.g., debone or evisceration).
• Follow company policies, guidelines from agencies (NCC Animal Welfare, USDA) and legal requirements.
• Wear PPE correctly to promote a zero-accident culture.
• Perform additional relevant duties as assigned.
