Job summary

Wayne-Sanderson Farms is seeking a Line Associate to support poultry processing on the production line. You will disassemble poultry and rotate through tasks such as debone or evisceration, following safety and quality guidelines.

The role requires adherence to company policies, animal welfare standards, and regulatory requirements. You must wear PPE and maintain a clean, safe work environment in a high-volume plant.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
• Willingness to follow safety policies and wear PPE

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform production related tasks surrounding poultry processing such as debone or evisceration
• Perform all duties in compliance with Company policies and procedures, agency guidelines (i.e. NCC Animal Welfare, U.S.D.A, etc.) and Federal, State and local legal requirements
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE correctly at all times
