Job summary

Foster Farms is hiring Team Members for poultry processing. You will rotate through positions on the Evis line, sorting livers and gizzards, and trimming carcasses when needed, ensuring product quality and food safety in line with USDA standards.

Applicants should be reliable, able to work overtime and weekends, and pass a pre-employment drug test. NPIS certification is preferred or you can pass the NPIS test within 90 days. Excellent benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Regular and on-time attendance, overtime/weekend availability.
• Understand and follow GMPs and Food Safety procedures.
• Able to work with small hand-held tools (knives, scissors).
• Stand for extended periods; lift 3–5 lbs repeatedly and 10–80 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through various positions on Evis line.
• Sort livers and gizzards.
• Trim carcasses with a knife.
• Maintain and improve quality and food safety per USDA requirements.
• Follow Animal Welfare Program guidelines.
