Job summary

Foster Farms in Washington state is hiring production team members for the Paw Line and Evis areas. You will sort, bag, and case paws, rotate through stations, and report production issues to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work required overtime and weekends as scheduled.
• Must be able to follow instructions, procedures, and accept constructive feedback.
• Must be able to work in hot or cold environments, depending on the area.
• Must be able to stand and walk on concrete floors for extended periods.
• Must be able to perform repetitive tasks and meet production standards.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

Pay rate starts at $19.00 with shift premiums of $0.50 for hours worked 4pm-midnight and $1.00 for hours worked midnight-8am.

Longevity premium of $0.25 after one year of service. Attendance Premium of $0.25.
