Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work nights.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Submit to pre-employment drug test and a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Meet with crew lead for BPMH targets and shift requirements.
• Ride with crew to farm for bird pickup.
• Help keep crew vehicle clean inside and out.
• Catch required number of Birds per Man Hour (BPMH).
• Report any unsafe condition or unsafe act.
• Work in a safe manner and attend safety meetings.
• Assist with loading forklifts and other equipment.
