Job summary

Foster Farms is seeking team members to join its processing operations in Washington. The role involves sorting, bagging, and casing paws on a Paw Line, rotating through positions, and supporting production while adhering to GMPs and safety policies.

The position requires English communication with USDA personnel, reliable attendance, and willingness to work mandatory overtime, including weekends. NPIS certification or the ability to pass the NPIS test within 90 days is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English with USDA personnel.
• Must have good attendance and report to work regularly and on time.
• Willing to work required overtime and weekends as scheduled.
• Must be able to follow instructions, procedures, and accept constructive feedback.
• Must be able to work in hot or cold environments, depending on the assigned area.
• Must be able to stand and walk on concrete floors for extended periods.
• Must be able to perform repetitive tasks and meet production standards.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

Pay rate starts at $19.00 with shift premiums of $0.50 for hours worked 4pm-midnight and $1.00 for hours worked midnight-8am.

Longevity premium of $0.25 after one year of service. Attendance Premium of $0.25.
