Job summary

Foster Farms is seeking team members to join our production line. The role involves rotating through positions on the Evis line, sorting poultry parts, and trimming carcasses with a knife. NPIS certification is preferred or can be earned within 90 days.

Candidates must adhere to safety rules, quality standards, and organizational procedures, including overtime and weekend hours as required. Comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be punctual and reliable in reporting to work and overtime as scheduled.
• Follow rules and procedures and accept constructive feedback.
• Be able to stand, bend, climb, and lift up to 5 lbs as required.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Evis line positions.
• Sort livers and gizzards.
• Trim carcasses with a knife.
• NPIS certification preferred or pass within 90 days.
• Maintain quality and food safety per USDA requirements.
• Follow Animal Welfare Program guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
