Randstad USA is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to drive innovation and operational performance across poultry processing plant projects. Lead full lifecycle from concept to handoff, collaborating with cross-functional teams and contractors to deliver on time, within scope and budget.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in engineering and 3+ years of poultry/manufacturing experience, AutoCAD proficiency, and strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering field, plus 3+ years in poultry/meat manufacturing.
• Leadership, analytical, and communication skills required to direct contractor teams, enforce safety, and execute capital initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage capital-budgeted projects from concept through handoff, with timelines and progress tracking.
• Liaise between plant personnel and contractors, assist with layouts and utility verifications, and weekend supervision.
• Plan and lead job-site safety meetings, enforcing site safety policies across all project teams.
• Coordinate utility requirements, relocate existing systems and install new lines.
• Maintain and update as-built drawings, retention systems, and version control for facilities and equipment.
