Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking an experienced Plant Operations Manager to lead a large poultry processing facility in California. You will direct 350+ employees across production, maintenance, warehousing, distribution, sanitation, safety, and quality functions, driving performance and continuous improvement while ensuring USDA compliance.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience within the poultry industry.
Experience as Plant Manager or similar senior operations role.
Strong knowledge of USDA, HACCP, SSOP and food safety programs.
Proven ability to manage large teams and budgets.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day plant operations for a large poultry facility.
Drive safety, food safety, and operational excellence across all functions.
Oversee production, maintenance, sanitation, warehousing, distribution, quality, and safety.
Develop and execute short- and long-term operational strategies.
Manage budgets, staffing, labor utilization, and cost improvement initiatives.
Partner with leadership teams across Live Operations, Engineering, HR, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance.
Ensure USDA/HACCP/SSOP compliance and drive continuous improvement.
