Job summary

J. Rettenmaier USA LP is seeking a results-oriented Poultry Sales Executive to lead the development and execution of our poultry nutrition business.

You will identify new customers, manage relationships with distributors and manufacturers’ representatives, and drive revenue growth across priority accounts. Responsibilities include building a strong pipeline, coordinating with leadership on pricing and terms, and representing the company at trade shows and customer sites while traveling

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Poultry Animal Science or equivalent.
• Strong technical knowledge of the livestock/poultry industry with focus on Poultry Nutrition.
• Excellent communication in business English (verbal and written).
• Willingness to travel approximately 50%.
• Proven success in B2B selling and managing multi-stakeholder relationships.
• Strong skills in market development, sales planning, and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Poultry business executing the agreed upon sales plan.
• Identify, qualify, and close new business, directing sales to end users, distributors and manufacturer’s representatives.
• Establish and develop business relationships with established and new business partners to drive repeat purchases and multi-product adoption.
• Develop and execute plan for revenues, volume and gross margin of poultry products; establish pricing, terms and account-level sales plans with leadership.
• Build and maintain an active sales pipeline; maintain record of activities via established call and sales reporting methods.
