Job summary

As a Team member you will follow LEAN and company policies, communicate effectively with leadership, and comply with PPE and safety standards in a cold, dusty production environment. This is a physically demanding, hands-on manufacturing role.

Qualifications

• Must work on a moving conveyor belt and handle packing tasks.
• Inspect, grade and remove product not meeting standards.
• Follow LEAN, safety policies and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Move, pack and weigh product on the line.
• Pull bones, inspect, grade and remove nonconforming product.
