Job summary

You will work on a moving conveyor, assist in packing and weighing, and inspect for quality while supporting team cohesiveness and following Simmons operating systems and safety policies. The role requires physical work in a cold, wet environment and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Works on a moving conveyor belt using both hands. Spreads or styles product by hand on the belt.
• Performs multiple types of packing and weighing.
• Pulls bones from product; inspects, grades and removes product that does not meet standards.
• Participates as a member of the Team; helps ensure team cohesiveness and implements team policies and improvements.
