Job summary

WAYNE SANDERSON FARMS!!! is hiring for production line work with shifts including 1st and 2nd. Pay is up to $21.75 per hour and benefits start Day 1. On-the-job training is provided to learn rotating line positions while adhering to PPE and safety policies.

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be willing to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours in a wet, cold environment with protective gear. Equal opportunity employer.

• Must be able to follow directions and work in other departments as needed.
• Must be able to perform additional duties as assigned.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and adhere to safety requirements.
• Must wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
• Ability to work unsupervised and self-motivate.

Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible for working on a production line rotating and learning positions on the line.
• Must always use and maintain PPE and comply with company policies and safety guidelines.
• Performs duties as assigned while maintaining safety and efficiency on the line.
