Wayne-Sanderson Farms is hiring a Line Associate to disassemble poultry and rotate through multiple production line tasks. Responsibilities include debone or evisceration, adhering to company policies and safety regulations, and operating under USDA and NCC guidelines.
The role requires minimal education with a preference for a High School diploma or equivalent and prior poultry experience. Strong safety awareness and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are expected; benefits begin Day 1.
Shift: 1st Shift (Department times may vary) Live Hang, Picking, and Evis: 5:00am - 2:00pm Specialty and Debone: 7:00am - 4:00pm Freezing/Chilling, Preprice, Shipping: 8:00am - 6:00pm Shift: 2nd Shift (Department times may vary) Live Hang, Picking, and Evis: 2:00pm - 10:00pm Specialty and Debone: 4:00pm - 1:00am (until finish) Freezing/Chilling, Preprice, Shipping: 6:00pm - 6:00am Pay: $18.10 - $25.25 Benefits available Day 1 On the job training
The Line Associate is responsible for the disassembly of poultry and may perform a wide variety of poultry processing related tasks as they rotate on the production line.
