Responsibilities

• Collect eggs from egg table and floor, record egg numbers
• Weigh and handle birds and feed according to schedule
• Maintain clean egg room and rest of housing areas
• Record information on egg numbers, bird weight, medications and production
• Perform housekeeping duties and assist with housing and processing as assigned
• Follow safety and biosecurity rules and wear PPE as required
