Job summary

Tyson Foods in North Carolina seeks a seasoned Hatchery Leader to direct the GP PS Hatchery Team, delivering high‑quality products that meet customer expectations while achieving financial objectives.

You will recruit and develop staff, ensure safety and biosecurity compliance, and collaborate with customers, shared services, and other hatcheries to optimize processes and introduce new technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a general professional field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Four (4) or more years of poultry management–related experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality products to customers globally and meet production and financial goals.
• Develop and maintain effective communication with customers, shared services, and other hatcheries.
• Meet HR and safety objectives supporting hatchery facilities.
• Develop, evaluate, and implement new processes and technologies.
• Maintain compliance with domestic and international regulations governing Cobb business activities.
• Recruit, develop, and maintain a qualified team.
