The role requires adherence to PPE protocols, safety policies, and coordination with supervisors and teammates across departments. Flexibility for extended hours and weekend work is essential.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification required to operate lift safely.
• Ability to work unsupervised and stay motivated during shifts.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• Cooperate with supervisors and coworkers in a production setting.

Responsabilités

• Set up debone area with coolant and tubs; transport combos.
• Move finished product to scales and manifest area.
• Transport products to be reworked as needed.
• Maintain forklift in sanitary condition and replace battery timely.
• Follow directions and work across departments as needed.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management.
