Qualifications

• Forklift certified is required.
• Ability to work unsupervised and self-motivate.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended shifts.
• Must wear PPE and follow safety requirements.
• Ability to cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Set up the debone area with coolant, tubs and transport finished products.
• Transport finished product to scales and manifest area.
• Move product to be reworked as needed.
• Maintain forklift in sanitary condition and replace battery as needed.
• Follow directions and work across departments as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
