Job summary

Wayne-Sanderson Farms is seeking a Forklift Operator to set up and operate the debone area, transport finished products, and support production lines. The role requires adherence to PPE and safety policies, as well as ability to work in a fast-paced poultry processing environment.

Responsibilities include equipment maintenance, cooperation with supervisors and coworkers, and willingness to perform additional duties as assigned. Evening and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work unsupervised and stay motivated.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Set up the debone area with coolant, tubs and transport components.
• Move finished product to scales and the manifest area.
• Move product to be reworked as needed and maintain forklift in a sanitary manner.
