Job summary

Perdue Foods is seeking a Turkey Breeder Area Supervisor in Thorntown, Indiana. You will lead field operations to support flock health, farm performance, and overall production success, guiding Flock Advisors, farm teams and contract growers while overseeing growing, vaccination and feed management programs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor of Science in Animal Science preferred.
• Good communication, reading, math and analytical skills required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Computer literacy with Microsoft applications required.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations to support flock health, farm performance, and production success.
• Guide and support Flock Advisors, farm associates, and contract growers.
• Monitor programs such as growing, vaccination, and feed management.
• Review data and implement improvements to drive productivity and animal welfare.
