Job summary

Case Farms, Inc. is seeking a production supervisor in Ohio to work closely with growers, applying current poultry science to maximize farm production. The role involves field-based problem solving, data review, and daily local travel to support operations.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of related experience, preferably in broilers or breeders, and demonstrates leadership in organizational development, self-motivation, and the ability to work without supervision.

Qualifications

• College (minimum 2 years), prefer Bachelor Degree in Poultry Science or similar field.
• 2+ year’s applicable experience - Broilers or Breeders Farms.
• Experience in leading organizational development and design activity.
• Proactive
• Ability to work without Supervision

Responsibilities

• Must work with and solve grower problems; establish a good working relationship between the growers and the Company; provide current science that the Company provides to the growers to maximize their farm production
• Must be able to climb a ladder to height of 25 ft., lift 50 lbs. and stoop and squat repeatedly.
• Must be self-motivated and organized, an independent thinker and be able to apply knowledge to field situations
• Review of data records and flocks leading to progressive planning to resolve production related issues
• Will travel locally each day.
• Must have a clean driving record.
