Qualifications

• LEAN familiarity with production systems and continuous improvement programs.
• Ability to collaborate with team members to maintain workflow and quality.

Responsibilities

• Fluently perform all Debone line positions on rotation basis.
• Perform Debone line duties including cutting breasts and wings, skin removal, and loading product.
• Rotate positions as needed to maintain balance and efficiency.
• Participate in team meetings and uphold team concepts and policies.
• Coordinate work to ensure best practices with all team members.
• Foster cohesiveness, raise concerns to the team leader and help resolve issues.
• Maintain familiarity with operating systems (LEAN, quality, security) and report concerns.
• Perform other duties as necessary to support business objectives.
• Work in a cold environment (down to 40°F), stand 8–10 hours, and use PPE.
